LCR Interiors accepts all major credit cards.
LCR Interiors will process your online order within 1 to 3 business days. LCR Interiors will determine the best, most efficient shipping method, based on the merchandise you have selected. We will let you know the method of shipping at the time of your order. Large items, such as sofas, cannot be shipped in the same manner as pillows and other small items. For example, a sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier and a pillow will ship UPS. Out of stock or back order items will ship as we receive them. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. We will contact you via email if any of your items are out of stock or backordered. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping. All of the shipping options listed below apply to shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. White Glove delivery – Furniture can be shipped via white glove delivery anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States. They will bring the piece to your room of choice, unwrap, inspect and assemble the furniture. After you have approved, they will take all debris with them. Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork
Threshold delivery – Furniture can be shipped via threshold delivery anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States. The delivery service will bring the piece of furniture to the first dry/secure area. Typically, this is a garage, covered porch, lobby or residential receiving dock. Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork.
Dock to Dock delivery – Furniture can be shipped dock to dock for domestic locations. A dock to dock delivery must be delivered to a full access loading dock. This option is not available in most residential areas.
Please note that threshold and dock to dock deliveries may reduce shipping costs.
UPS standard delivery – Most non-furniture items can ship UPS ground service

Connecticut sales tax of 6.35% is added to all orders within the state of Connecticut.
Items purchased online may be returned within 30 days after arrival for store credit or exchange only. Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue. Special-order merchandise and sale items are final sale and non-returnable. Certain returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Refunds, if applicable, are credited to the original form of payment.
Returned items must be in unused condition, original tags intact and in original packaging. Approval by phone or email is necessary before sending items back. Please pack carefully. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs in return shipping. Any items returned to LCR that arrive damaged, unsellable or without original packaging will not be subject to store credit or refund. Your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping fees. We are not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery.

Not all items can be gift wrapped. Please give us a call at 860-231-7742 for gift wrapping. If your purchase is a gift, our standard gift wrapping consists of a white polka dot on a black background wrapping paper, white tissue paper, red ribbon and an appropriately sized box with the LCR Interiors sticker. You may also include a complimentary message card. Please also let us know if you would not like the invoice included in the box.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share your information and we do not use it for any reason other than processing your order. We do not send additional emails unless it is pertaining to your order or if you have signed up for our newsletter.
